    Relationship Officer / Manager, Business Banking

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
    Department: Client Management
    Reports to: Team Lead, Business Banking

    Job Description

    • Proactively identify the needs of potential customers and offer appropriate financial services and products.
    • Research, identify and convert target Business Banking relationships
    • Research and Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics and other information that affect marketing strategies.
    • Create quality risk assets.
    • Deliver quality customer service in response to customer enquiries
    • Build and maintain good relationship with clients leading to growth in profitability and loan quality of managed accounts portfolio
    • Prepare weekly and monthly report on marketing activities.
    • Prepare monthly performance review report.
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Team Lead or Head, Business Banking.

    Qualifications

    • A good 1st Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years operational experience in a commercial bank with particular focus on managing a Business Banking loan portfolio size of N500 million and above.

    Team Lead, Business Banking

    Job Description

    • Actively support and drive the digital transformation of the Business Banking enterprise.
    • Expand and deepen the product and value-added services suite to profitably penetrate the Bank’s target industry segments and businesses.
    • Drives the assigned Business Banking relationship management teams to achieve and surpass set targets.
    • Ensure that all loans disbursed are repaid as and when due and the Portfolio-at-Risk (PAR) of the business portfolio is within regulatory limits.
    • Build and grow a healthy collections business driven by a strong portfolio of accounts that generate collections flows for the Bank.
    • Identify key areas for business process re-engineering and support efforts to deliver continuous improvements of same.
    • Position Primera MFB as the No.1 bank in customer satisfaction and client-centricity in the SME and Micro-Credit spaces.

    Accountability

    • Consistently grow revenues and profitability of the Business Banking enterprise.
    • Ensuring that all the team meets set targets in line with the Bank’s business and strategic goals.
    • Ensuring the portfolio quality (PAR) remains within regulatory limits.
    • Deepen the product and value-added services portfolio of the Bank.
    • Support the digital transformation the Business Banking enterprise.

    Qualifications

    • A good 1st Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration, or any related field.
    • Added professional/academic qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
    • 4-5 years commercial banking experience with a particular focus on managing a Business Banking portfolio size of 1bn Naira and above.

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
    • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
    • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.

    Senior Software Developer (Front End & Back End / Full Stack)

    Job Description

    • Researching, designing, implementing and managingsoftwareprograms (Web and Mobile Applications).
    • Testing and evaluating new programs.
    • Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
    • Writing and implementing efficient code.
    • Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.
    • Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
    • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market.
    • Design and update software database. This includes, but is not limited to: Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces.
    • Be a part of a small, close knit and Agile team working on a wide range of activities to get a new business and products up and running

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
    • 3 - 4years relevant work experience as a Front End and/or Back End Software Developer.
    • Proven work experience as a Mobile developer preferably in the FINTEC space
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Knowledge of HTML5, Phyton, Php, Laravel, JavaScript Mobile Development, React Native/Flutter, AWS, Azure, and other cloud related services
    • In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java • Should be ready to transition into IOS
    • Strong knowledge of both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of solid design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.)
    • Experience as a front-end, UI/UX developer
    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
    • Familiarity with OOP design principles
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
    • Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc
