    Process Coordinator

    Process Coordinator Job Summary

    Our manufacturing company is currently looking for a Process Coordinator. In this role, you ensure purchase orders are filled on time by coordinating deliveries of materials from external vendors and scheduling preventative maintenance or equipment upgrades. You also work with process engineers and managers to find ways to streamline our production & business processes and reduce costs. Our ideal applicant has a winning attitude and is invested in the company culture. 

    Process Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

    • Automate processes for efficiency and correct record keeping
    • Ensure that purchase orders are filled on time and in budget
    • Manage relationships with and between artisans, PM & apprentices
    • Coordinate processes for production team & department heads
    • Coordinate processes for academy 
    • Schedule deliveries from external vendors 
    • Coordinate equipment upgrades and preventative maintenance
    • Collaborate with process engineers and production managers to reduce costs
    • Duggest process improvements
    • Implement process changes execution & optimisation plans work schedules and reporting 
    • Conduct periodic special education file reviews to monitor teachers’ & students adherence to procedural requirements and compliance. 
    • Coordinate efforts between transportation logistics, maintenance and warehousing
    • Manages 2 week work sprints to ensure efficiency in all departments
    • Monitoring bottom line profits & all departments are within allocated budgets
    • Coordinate weekly meetings briefing with department heads 
    • Generate weekly reports on all departments and recommendations for changes
