    Human Resource Manager

    An organization with vast interest in Media, Education and Entertainment is searching for a highly skilled HR Manager that will drive her human resource needs especially in the area of training, recruiting, placement and  managing outstanding talents.

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    • Develop, manage and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Engage employee properly and coordinate the development plans and performance management
    • Keep-up-to date with latest HR trends and best practice.
    • Management of recruitment, selection, placement process, database  and payroll.

    Drive key indicators in employees maintaining the highest ethical behaviour at all times.
    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    • B.Sc Human Resource management or related field with minimum of five years cognate experience on the field including professional certifications
    • Proven working experience excellent communications skills as HR Executive with people management skills
    • Exhibit knowledge and experience in human resources metrics, systems and databases, with great work ethics
    • Superb computer literacy skill. 

    RENUMERATION: 
     - Commensurate with industry standards.

    Administrative Assistant

    Location: Ogba-Ojodu Lagos

    Employment Type: Contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. 
    • Maintenance of company’s automobiles, facilities, environments
    • Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
    • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer issues.
    • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
    • Manage suppliers and ensure best delivery of services from clients
    • Manage security personnel in order to safe guard properties and lives
    • Ensure clean, neat and comfortable working atmosphere
    • Requirements: HND/B.Sc. Social science/Arts courses with 0-2 years’ experience.
    • Must have an eye for detail.
    • Must be versatile and proactive.
    • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
    • Should have good inter-personal relationship and be a good team player.
    • Remuneration: commensurate with industry standards
