    Project Manager

    Our client, based in Lagos Nigeria leads the real estate, quarry, dredging and logistics services, over the next 3 years the group is positioned to increase revenues by 50%, and to help them continue their record of growth and success, requires exceptionally competent and result oriented individuals to fill the following key positions

    The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution and completion of the construction projects, ensuring strategy, commitment and goals are maintained. The incumbent will be committed to assuring project quality, meeting approved budgets and scheduled deadlines and overseeing quality control throughout project cycles.
    Review and Management of Design Plans. You will complete detailed examinations of design plans and ensure specifications uphold the highest possible standards for quality (e.g. ensuring construction documents are of complete detail and scope to address critical issues such as code compliance, constructability, etc.).
    Coordination of the construction processes. You will monitor and manage projects’ schedules throughout the pre-construction and construction periods by overseeing and coordinating project interactions and schedules with both internal departments and external consultants.
    Ideal Background:

    • Bachelor's degree required with preference given to construction management, structural/civil engineering, building construction or architecture
    • Experience in construction management, project management; with preference given to commercial real estate and/or residential multifamily developments
    • 7+ years related experience in construction.
    • Track record of proven techniques and practices of project management and construction supervision over various aspects of design and construction phases for relevant projects.
    • Successful start to end completion of large-scale projects.
    • Must be able to read and interpret plans, specifications, BOQs, an extensive variety of technical instructions in diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
    • Background in reviewing Architectural and Engineering drawings to ensure specifications and regulations are followed is preferred.
    • Must be able to manage budgets, timelines and construction schedules with extreme attention to detail, and grade quality
    • Must possess good business judgment; an understanding of legal issues and contracts
    • Must be able to effectively supervise outside vendors in a manner that supports the firm’s goals, timeframes and expectations. This includes demonstrated acumen in the negotiation of contracts and terms
    • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, construction procedures, estimating and scheduling practices.
    • Ability to accommodate changing priorities and manage expectations accordingly

    Estate Manager

    Our client, based in Lagos Nigeria leads the real estate, quarry, dredging and logistics services, over the next 3 years the group is positioned to increase revenues by 50%, and to help them continue their record of growth and success, requires exceptionally competent and result oriented individuals to fill the following key positions

    This position leads the development of long-range of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.

    The estate manager will oversee the activities of all contractors charged with the provision of estate facility management operations; such as, environmental management services, cleaning, waste management, etc. – to ensure that Estate gets the best value at all times, whilst operating within current acceptable safety limits
    Act as contract administrator, coordinating all Estate operations contracts for high-quality services delivery, while ensuring that all budgets and contract end-dates are not exceeded.

    Ideal Background:

    • A first degree in Estate Management other related studies
    • A minimum of 7 years of relevant post-graduation experience
    • Experience in managing residential estates
    • Knowledge and experience of Estate & Facility Management
    • Contract Management & Administration
    • Excellent Customer service skills

    Marketing Executive

    Our client, based in Lagos Nigeria leads the real estate, quarry, dredging and logistics services, over the next 3 years the group is positioned to increase revenues by 50%, and to help them continue their record of growth and success, requires exceptionally competent and result oriented individuals to fill the following key positions

    The Marketing Executive will help with the company’s planned business expansions by actively seeking, acquiring and managing clients. The incumbent will identify with clients’ needs and demands and sell accordingly.
    The marketing executive will source and sign up new clients;
    Ensure customer retention;
    Provide guidance and assist in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
    Ideal Background:

    • A first degree in Marketing, Estate Management or any related fields
    • Minimum of 3 proven years experience as a Real Estate marketer
    • Proven track of successful sales record
    • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

    All candidates to possess:

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across many different business units. The ability to get meaningful participation and support from different resources and other business units will be critical to success.
    • Well-developed conceptual, critical, and analytical thinking with the ability to convey complex information in a straightforward, interesting way, and influencing this to a wider audience.
    • Capacity to enforce accountability, develop and empower high-quality leaders from the bottom up, lead from the top down, and learn the strengths and weaknesses of the team to put people in a position to succeed
    • Developed business acumen, with a pragmatic approach to solving problems and implementing solutions.
    • Knowledge of Nigeria in terms of its political, economic and social trends
