    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will among others do the following:

    • Ensure effective and efficient use as well as proper handling of any assigned vehicle for optimum function always.
    • Ensures assigned vehicle documents are valid, complete, and up-to-date always.
    • Report any noticed faults, breakdowns, or part defects in the vehicle immediately and follow up until the repair or replacement is completed.

    Confidential Secretary

    Key Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will, among others, do the following:
    • Type mailable documents that are error-free for operational/administrative use.

    Laundry Attendant (BGH Ibadan)

    Key Responsibilities

    Purpose of the Role

    To ensure that all guest clothing and guest house bedding/linens are properly cleaned and treated, accurate records are maintained, and laundry machines are well managed and maintained for optimal performance.

    Laundry Operations

    • Dry-clean guest fabrics (in-house and external guests) and guest house beddings.
    • Sort, wash, iron, and fold clothes appropriately.

    Territorial Distribution Officer (Lagos)

    Key Responsibilities

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    • The Territorial Distribution Officer (TDO) is to coordinate and direct distribution activities in his assigned territory. He is to forecast and plan the distribution of scriptures and other related materials across the assigned territory in accordance with the Bible Society of Nigeria (BSN) Strategic Direction. He assists the distribution manager in product development, marketing research, and other distribution activities.

    The Job (Key Responsibilities):

    • The candidate is responsible for planning, forecasting, and implementing marketing programmes in a way that facilitates distribution and creates warehouse space.
    • The candidate is responsible for identifying the product (Bible) needs of the current and prospective market and customers and positioning the products strategically to meet the identified needs in a way that facilitates distribution and creates warehouse space.
    • To ensure a broad customer base by developing more markets and sound customer relationship management, i.e., he is responsible for customer relationship management by visiting customers’ outlets and relating with them on the phone. He is also responsible for the organisation of the customer service forum in his region for productive engagement in a mutually rewarding manner.
    • Ensure good inventory management of the society's Scripture stock.
    • He is responsible for expanding the customer base by developing new customers and her channels of distribution.
    • The candidate for this job must be creative in product development and innovation and possess analytical skills. S/he should have good numerical and human relations skills.
    • Keep monthly and annual data of brand performance in his territory and send monthly reports of territory customers’ performance for management decision-making.

    Church & Public Relations Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Bible Society of Nigeria is currently looking for a Church & Public Relations Officer who will be responsible for servicing existing donors/members of the society. He or she will be assigned and required to enlist new donors and members through church/synod speaking engagements, personal selling, corporate and individual prospecting, mail order, and digital marketing initiatives, among other resource mobilization strategies.
