    NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company that provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and FMCGs, etc.
    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customers' acquisition and revenue growth targets. To direct and oversees our organization’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. You will be responsible for working with different departments. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Job Summary/Purpose

    • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential
    • Crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
    • Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

    Structure:

    Reporting directly to the CEO.

    Skill & Qualifications:

    • BSc, MSc degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field
    • Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
    • professional certification is also a plus
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Outstanding  communication, negotiations, analytical, and presentation skills
    • Must be a peoples person
    • Must be good at writing proposal and reports
    • Experience setting a sales goal
    • Excellent leadership skills

    We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR team and support the growth of our company. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company, from recruiting to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. You will be responsible for working with different departments. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

    Job Summary/Purpose

    • Managing company staff, including recruitment and selection process.
    • Onboarding newcomers to the company
    • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
    • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
    • Developing adequate induction and training
    • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
    • Assisting with the performance management and review process
    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

    Structure:

    Reporting directly to the CEO.

    Skill & Qualifications

    • Graduate degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration would be necessary, along with previous experience in the HR field.
    • Professional certification is also a plus
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • People-oriented and result-driven
    • Knowledge of HR systems and database
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
    • Must be up to date with the latest industry trends.
    • Outstanding  communication, negotiations, analytical, and presentation skills
