    Service Fulfillment Engineer

    Purpose of the Job

    • Reporting to the Team Lead West, Network Core & Service Delivery, the Service Fulfilment Engineer is responsible for deploying carrier grade and reliable network infrastructure and services for ipNX enterprise customers in accordance with set SLAs.
    • He will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities required to fulfil and support network services to enterprise customers. These include the management of existing and development of new network infrastructure and systems, as well as overseeing system & network administration tasks.
    • He will also act as the 2nd level contact for customer faults relating to network connectivity & systems by taking ownership of reported customer issues and seeing these problems through to resolution. Your key support responsibility includes researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying and implementing solutions to resolve all network connectivity & system issues.
    • He is equally tasked with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers - including pre-sales support, service delivery (installation & configuration) as well as support calls or visits.
    • In addition to the above, he is also required to provide routine in-house training and mentoring for lower level staff and other units where required.

    Network Administrator

    Purpose of the Job

    • The purpose of the job is to primarily support highly complex systems including the overall administration, security, redundancy of our enterprise network infrastructure

    Expected Key Results:

    • Overall uptime of network systems
    • Maintain secure and compliant network processes and procedures
    • Reporting

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (minimum of 2.1) / HND (Upper Credit) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems or any related field or a combination of related experience and education

    Functional Skills:

    • Relevant hands-on experience with the following technology or equivalent: Cisco switches, routers, VPN, VOIP, and wireless access.
    • Possession of CCNA certification; CCIE and/or CISSP an added advantage
    • Knowledge of software development process, quality control, and impact assessment is a plus.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Network Engineer
    • An in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of System Network design and management
    • Implementation and administration of data and VOIP networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
    • Experience in an enterprise environment
    • Previous experience working in a Cyber/Network Security role would be a plus
    • Experience with advanced network concepts and technologies: QoS, CoS, VoIP, flow control
    • Relevant hands-on experience with the following technology or equivalent: Cisco switches, routers, VPN, VOIP, and wireless access

    Product Manager

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Product Manager is responsible for managing ipNX’s set of retail products over their life cycle from ideation through development, launch sale, marketing and support and finally discontinuance.
    • The role involves managing the entire portfolio of products with the primary objective of maximizing sales & profitability while also delivering complete customer satisfaction and delight. Other key responsibilities include: Product Positioning and Strategy.

    • Product Life Cycle Management
    • Knowledge of the market and industry
    • Experience working in the Telecommunications industry is desirable
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian and global Information Technology Industry especially Telecommunications
