    Front Desk Officer

    Location : Lagos - Mainland

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
    • Track and order office equipment and supplies.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND from a reputable University
    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Plan and coordinate the maintenance (ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS) activities in the factory.
    • Ensure optimal allocation and full utilization of resources available to reduce downtime and keep the factory running.
    • Ensure that installed machinery and fitting are constantly maintained and repaired for operational capacity utilization.
    • Ensure that operating procedures are followed such that will ensure the safety and security of machinery and workers in the factory.
    • Ensure that the morale of workers and staff at the maintenance department are high at all times.
    • Design and implement a preventive maintenance program that will ensure the achievement of planned production targets using the most cost-effective strategies.
    • Ensure that records of all maintenance activities effectively strategies.
    • Supervise all the engineers in the maintenance department
    • Initiate strategies that will ensure a continuously high level of preventive and corrective maintenance in the factory
    • Performs such other related functions as may be designed by the Maintenance Head or factory manager.
    • Ensure that he familiarized himself with all the established procedures, policies and objectives that pertain to his duties as outlined above.

    REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATION:

    • HND, B.Sc. and Master’s Degree holders in electrical electronic field should to apply
    • More than five (5) Years in any manufacturing industry.
    • Must have specific training related to electrical electronics.
    • Must have good knowledge of Electrical motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, INSTRUMENTATION etc. Should be able to read electrical schematic drawing very well.
    • Knowledge Safety legislation relating to electrical equipment.
    • Troubleshooting skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Must be willing to relocate.

    NAFDAC Officer

    Industry: FMCG

    Locations: Apapa, Lagos

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all NAFDAC regulated items are stamped, inspected and documented properly.
    • Collect assessment note for invoice from NAFDAC Office.
    • Generate invoice and make payment.
    • Collect all necessary documents for endorsement.
    • Take NAFDAC Officers to Client’s Warehouse for Inspections.
    • Take samples from NAFDAC Post Inspection Office to Laboratory for Analysis.
    • Handle requisitions from clients including: Registration of Products, Obtaining Import Permits and Obtaining Global Listing.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Administration or any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in handling NAFDAC related work in a manufacturing company or the Transportation and Logistics industry
    • Must have experience getting NAFDAC PERMIT, NAFDAC Release for Import Consignment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS-excel, MS-word and Outlook
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

    HR & Admin Officer (FMCG)

    Location: Lagos - Mainland

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time and temporary employees
    • Administer health benefits and retirement plans, including plan selection and open enrollment administration, change reporting, invoicing review/approval; liaise with third-party brokers on benefit plan setup and administration
    • Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with company’s mission, vision and objectives and drives high performance
    • Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation
    • Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and company’s needs
    • Complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records and rectify issues in a timely manner
    • Administer HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook
    • Assist staff with HR-related questions and issues and provide periodic communication on benefits and related information to employees
    • Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership
    • Manage relationship with facilities management, vendor management; coordinate office maintenance and support needs
    • Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of computer equipment and supplies in accordance with company’s purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
    • Identify and oversee services with commercial vendors for all of company’s operational requirements.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in Human Resources Management or related course
    • 5-7 years of hands- on experience as an HR & Admin in a face paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
    • Must have good relationship with all the necessary regulatory bodies government
    • Organizational skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
