    Administrative Officer - (WSF)

    Job Duties / Responsibilities

    • Responsible for answering and taking messages from phone calls, and redirecting them when necessary.
    • Responsible for preparing memo for internal & external distribution.
    • Responsible for receiving, responding and distributing mails to the appropriate recipient.
    • Responsible for maintaining and organizing of files, databases, records & other information.
    • Responsible tracking office supplies and order replacements as required.
    • To perform any other function as assigned by the church from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a degree with 2-5 years work experience.

    Graphics Designer

    Job Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize visuals designs based on requirements
    • Amend designs after feedback before sending to pre-press for production
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Create these materials by hand or by using technology -including computer software programs. Graphics or editing softwares.
    • Confer with the Social Media Manager to discuss and determine layout design.
    • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
    • Develop graphics and layouts for the ministry websites.
    • Use graphic software to generate new images.
    • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
    • Maintain archive of images and photos of previous and current work done.
    • Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discuss with supervisors and make necessary changes.
    • Key information into computer equipment to create layouts the Social Media Manager.
    • Research new software or design concepts.

    Requirements

    • Professional Body: Certification in graphics designing and /or video editing.
    • Experience:2-3 years cognitive work experience in a design/media related environment
    • Age Limit:25 -35years

    • Proficient in the use of editing softwares – After effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Premiere, Motion 5, Doodly etc.

    Account Officer

    Location: Ota, Ogun

    Job Duties / Responsibilities

    • Prepare detailed financial reports.
    • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
    • Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
    • Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
    • Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.
    • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
    • Prepare adjusting journal entries.
    • Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
    • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
    • Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
    • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
    • Evaluate taxpayer finances to determine tax liability, using knowledge of interest and discount rates, annuities, valuation of stocks and bonds, and amortization valuation of depletable assets.
    • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
    • Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
    • Process invoices for payment.
    • Review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, or expenditures

    Educational Requirement

    • B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related discipline.
    • Professional Body: ICAN, ACA. is an added advantage.
    • Experience:1-3 years’ Cognitive work experience
    • Age Limit: 25 – 35years years’
