    Visual Designer

    Function: Visual Designing
    Reporting to: Head, Product Management
    Travel Frequency: Occassional

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Visual Designer is responsible for creating eye-catching and professional Graphic, UI/UX & Motion Designs for the retail business by applying global standard artistic and design principles.
    • The role requires you to create the concepts, artwork and layouts for all of the division’s digital projects based on design briefs and meetings with stakeholders, solicit for approval of mockups and prototypes and then finally see through to completion, the production of these design projects.

    Educational Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Arts, Design or related fields (2.2/ Upper Credit Minimum).

    Functional Skills:

    • A complete portfolio of visual design artworks for various purposes that meet the highest standards of delivery and quality
    • Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills along with presentation and negotiation skills

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a visual designer or similar
    • Hands-on Experience with creating compelling designs as a Graphics Designer, Visual Designer or Similar
    • Marketing and brand development experience
    • Experience using all elements of graphic design to illustrate business concepts
    • Advanced Proficiency in Image & Video Editing Software
    • Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Majorly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
    • Advanced Proficiency in 2D/3D Animation (with apps such as After Effects) is a plus
    • Advanced Proficiency in UI/UX Apps (Adobe XD & Sketch)
    • A creative storyteller with multimedia presentation abilities
    • Knowledge of web programming or scripting languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be an advantage
    • Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Sales Account Manager

    Location: Lekki / Ikeja / Victoria Island / Apapa, Lagos
    Function: Business Development
    Reporting to: Territory Manager
    Travel Frequency: Rarely

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Account Manager is responsible for protecting revenue, securing new revenue within ipNX’s existing clients’ portfolio of as well as seeking/hunting out new clients & businesses within the assigned Strategic account sub-portfolio.
    • The role ensures an excellent client experience/service delivery satisfaction at all times and works in collaboration with the account teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts into the business.

    Expected Key Results:

    • Achieve set revenue growth.
    • Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
    • Work closely with business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve targets.
    • Ensures compliance with ipNX values, policies and standards, and ensures compliance will all local statutory requirements.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • B.Sc in Engineering / Computer Science / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
    • Understanding communications Network, Experience in a b2b, B2C sales environment; consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets. Demonstrates a high level of organization and quality of Multitasks efficiency & priority setting.
    • Good Microsoft office suite competence, CRM competence, including Visio
    • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

    Work Experience:

    • At least 3 years' experience within the telecoms space; knowledge of the market, competitor behavior and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management
    • Must demonstrate interpersonal capabilities
