    Sales Executive

    Industry: Real EstateOur client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is seeking to fill the role of a Sales Executive to promotes its products and services.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of services and product(s) of the company to clients and prospects by creating  workable sales strategies and generate marketing leads for the company.

    Job Description:

    • Conducting research on potential clients and analyze sales options for the company
    • Responsible for goal setting goals and marketing strategies formulation
    • Responsible for lead generation for the company
    • Design sales growth pattern to generate more revenue for the company
    • Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
    • Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects
    • Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
    • Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains

    Person Specification:

    • 3 years cognate experience in Sales and Marketing or related field
    • First Degree Certificate in any accredited institution
    • Experience in Rel Estate will be an added advantage

    Market Coordinator

    Industry: Real Estate

    Our client, a renowned Real Estate Property Development company, is seeking to fill the role of a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate the activities of the sales & marketing team.

    The role holder is responsible for designing and managing the implementation of the strategic sales and marketing framework for the company. This will include marketing framework formulation & implementation, sales team coordination, growth strategies development, overseeing sales distribution channels, coordinating sales promotional activities, among others.

    Job Description:

    • Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
    • Develop and manage approved sales operating budgets.
    • Coordinate with the Sales/ Marketing Team to oversee promotional activities including print, online, new media, et al.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional & sales opportunities.
    • Maintain research database on competitive products.
    • Research and report on potential strategic relationships
    • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
    • Oversee the evaluation of market research and implementation of approved adjustment to sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
    • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
    • Coordinate the Sales/ Marketing Team to establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

    Person Specification:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in Sales/ Marketing preferably within the real estate sector
    • First Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field from a recognised institution
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage
