    Job Description

    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

    • Developing policies to handle delinquent accounts, including late fees, collections, and litigation when necessary
    • Monitoring current market trends to identify new risks that may pose threats to the company’s finances
    • Reviewing loan applications to determine if applicants meet criteria for creditworthiness
    • Recommending changes to improve existing lending practices or develop new lending programs
    • Determining the value of collateral offered by borrowers for loans or other financial products
    • Establishing pricing structures for new loans or other financial products based on risk levels and other factors
