Information Technology Project Manager at Truthware Solutions

Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with top-to-bottom understanding of the technical requirements of the project
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and timelines.
• Coordinate between all technical stakeholders during project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Perform analysis and monitoring of services
• Perform Testing and Validation of Products and Platforms.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
• Oversee acquisition of resources and materials needed for deployment projects
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Good Telecoms Value-Added-Services knowledge
• Strong IT and Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom and related programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong Inter-personal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, SQL or Project Management would be an added advantage.
