About the job
- Cordinates performance management process with HRIS
- Carry out competence assessments and neccessary learning interventions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HRIS users.
- Recruitment and talent management.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of first degree.
- Minimum of 4 yrs exoerience
- CIPM or equivalent is an added advantage
- Good in power point reporting and presentation.
