    HSSE Manager

    Job Description

    • Build capacity and capability within Security to ensure strength in a Threat led organization across Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond model
    • Own and manage the HSSE Risk Register and work with other departments to ensure HSSE risk is mitigated
    • Own HSSE Crisis management function and ensure regular simulations are carried out to demonstrate resilience
    • Regularly review and update Base, Site and Project HSSE plans. Ensure proper threat and risk monitoring is in place
    • Build relationships with senior Government Security Forces (GSF) from the respective agencies within their Area of Responsibility (AOR);

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, or other related fields.
    • Additional qualifications in Security / HSE is a distinct advantage.
    • 10+ experience in security management, with at least 2 years in HSE or related function.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written & communication skills are required.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Knowledge of the oil & gas and EPCIC industry is desirable.

    Fabrication and Welding Manager

    Job Description

    • Supervise and make requisitions for materials needed for different projects or jobs and prepare monthly chargeback of work done.
    • Supervise the fabrication, machinist workshop and spare production.
    • Design and construct any of the engineering projects that relate to fabrication.
    • Deliver on project welding requirements (Fabrications and Welding Specifications, WPS, Welding Books, Project procedures, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree in Engineering is required.
    • A Master's Degree in Business Administration.
    • Professional qualifications (COREN) will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of Engineering Designs related to Oil & Gas End Facilities Fabrication and Installation
    • Knowledge of the welding processes for fabrication yard activities
    • Knowledge of international standards to develop and review Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification (PWPS) and Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
    • Knowledge of mechanical and metallurgical testing to be performed during Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) execution and review.
    • At least 15 years of cognate experience-not less than 10 years supervisory experience in fabrication yard management, in related industrial sectors especially mechanical and fabrication projects.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all business and management levels.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for support, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, fabrication drawings.
    • Knowledge of the different materials to be welded for piping and structural steel, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, galvanized, etc.
    • Demonstrate ability to financial analysis, business analysis, budgeting, cost, resource, and risk management.
    • Track record of success and direct impact or contributions to the bottom-line and growth of current and past organizations.

    Primary Skills:

    • M.Sc in Business Administration / Finance, COREN, Engineering Degree

    HDD Site Manager

    Job Description  

    • Oversees the efficient execution of drilling activities to ensure operations run smoothly
    • Responsible for ensuring proper use and maintenance of drilling machines and accessories
    • Develops successful resolutions for issues arising during field operations
    • Assists in bidding, planning, constructing and cost analysis of projects
    • Articulates and managers working site consumables (raising requisitions for needed items promptly)

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement a purchasing strategy to create significant value, ensure quality and deliver significant cost reduction during the life of the project.
    • Lead all Supply Chain Management activities for the project in line with established SCM and Group business policies
    • Lead the project deployed SCM teams in delivering outstanding performance in all procurement and contracting activities for the project.
    • Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for price, and acceptability of items to job specifications as per project requirement.

    Job Description

    • Check customer's credit situation.
    • Recommend whether to offer or decline credit request(s) - he can recommend but not decide.
    • Deal with internal and external queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiate re-payment plans.
    • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and relevant National regulations
