    HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner with Sales / Business Development background that will provide senior - level leadership and strategic guidance to the team.
    • This role is also responsible for providing direction for the day-to-day operations of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate and oversee smooth day-to day operations of the business.
    • Collaborate with leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through human resource management.

    Academic Qualifications & Experience

    • 3 - 5 years experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist is required.
    • Relevant experience in business development / sales / Marketing experience is a key requirement.
    • Relevant professional certifications is required.
    • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    Head, HR / Admin

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human resources practice and processes and ensures the proper implementation of the company's strategy and objectives.
    • He/she is responsible for promoting corporate values and culture and enabling success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations and talent management

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and implement standard recruiting and hiring practice; ensure the recruitment of superior workforce across the company within a specified time frame; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
    • Review and Lead the implementation of Performance Management System by carrying out periodic performance appraisal and employee development programs; give recommendations as required
    • Establish an employee training system/program that addresses the training needs of all staff; conducting orientations, facilitate in house and external trainings as at when required that will improve staff productivity.

    • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions; monitor all pay practices for effectiveness and cost containment.
    • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
    • Supervise all personnel and activities in the HR unit.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Develop and monitor annual budget with respect to training programs, staff welfares', benefit administration, employee recognition and company's philanthropic giving in line with the company's financials.
    • Promote effective communication amongst staff and within the Group

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a generalist HR environment. Further HR certifications would be a plus
    • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
    • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a creative and inspired architect who will be responsible for handling projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.

    Job Description

    • Manage design projects from concept development through to completion.
    • Develop and present project proposals.
    • Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
    • Conduct research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
    • Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations.
    • Determine and adhering to budgets and timelines.
    • Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
    • Give daily feedback on projects, site observations, and site project material needs that may slow down workflow and process.
    • Follow up on workers and ensure 3D drawings are being achieved from the start of the project.
    • Follow up on materials to be delivered, and ensure it gets to the site and are placed right.
    • Sketch preliminary plans, including electrical and partition layouts.
    • Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
    • Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.
    • Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements.
    • Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project.
    • Visit the site till the project is complete, to ensure that the desired results are achieved.
    • Work closely with other architects, and construction laborers.

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in any related field
    • 2 - 5 years experience
    • Ability to produce 2D plans and 3D plans
    • Proficient in architectural measurement units
    • Ability to translate 3D designs to site supervisors
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ, or similar)

    Structural Engineer

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for structural engineers who are primarily concerned with designing and constructing buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed, as well as improving the structural integrity of existing buildings.

    Responsibilities

    • Design structural components for large-scale projects, including analyzing survey reports, topographical maps, zoning restrictions, and client requirements to ensure specifications meet project goals.
    • Review blueprints, plans, and change orders to verify the structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modeling methods to ensure correct results.
    • Participate in the initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, constructions costs, and risk analysis reports to prepare a comprehensive study on all relevant design factors.
    • Prepare documentation for private and government clients covering project plans and progress reports, change orders, environmental impact findings, structural analysis for ownership transfers, and other relevant information.
    • Create and present structural overviews for upcoming projects and develop reports that include technical details for engineers including big-picture analysis and cost estimates.
    • Use Auto CAD and other drafting software programs to create 2D design documents and 3D models for individual components and overall structural plans according to client needs and requirements for deliverables.
    • Approve designs that are to be cost-efficient and allow the structure to fulfill its intended purpose while still being visually appealing.
    • Use computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions.
    • Investigating the properties of materials such as steel and concrete and advising which is more suitable.
    • Research existing and new material technology to determine practical applications, strength and durability expectations, and cost-benefits information, and prepare material recommendations for current and future projects.
    • Workout the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure.
    • Inspect unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition.
    • Work closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals.
    • Make sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
    • Supervise project teams.
    • Give progress reports to clients and senior managers.
    • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and reports to the concerned officials.
    • Good understanding of project control in Quality and Time management.
    • Proactive in ensuring the accomplishment of organizational goals along with self-development.
    • Willing to take up additional roles and responsibilities as and when required.
    • Awareness, understanding, and application of EMS and OHS policies on assigned jobs.
