    Healthcare I.T. Sales Engineer

    Job Description:

    • Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills

    • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
    • •Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships  with   current  and  prospective customers to generate new business
    • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
    • Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical services units
    • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment
    • Self-Starter with ownership for assigned tasks
    • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions and  competitive activities and products
    • To meet the agreed sales target
    • Demonstrates products to potential customers
    • To study customer workflow and requirements and configure right solution to meet customer expectations
    • To prepare, present, follow up and conclude sales deals
    • To respond to and take initiative to develop leads and create business potential
    • To independently communicate and liaise with Suppliers and clients for sales matters
    • Coordinating between the HW and SW providers to achieve the optimum solutions for meeting desired functions and feature
    • Liaise  with  customers    and  suppliers   for  proposing    the  healthcare   IT  solutions   as  per  their requirements
    • Studies  workflows  and suggests  improvements  to achieve  operational   efficiency  for the clients
    • To  provide  back  up  for  technical   support   related  to  Healthcare   IT  solutions,    ensuring   to  meet company  and customer  satisfaction  targets
    •  Minimum Qualification and Experience

    Education:      

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a related I.T. discipline
    •  A degree in business would be an added advantage

    Experience:  

    • Minimum of 3 years dedicated experience related to IT solutions sales and marketing
    • Required skills and hands on experience
    • Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/lTIL an advantage.
    • Experience with desktop and server operating systems i.e. Windows and Cisco Network Environment.
    • Solid technical background in a hosted services environment including Infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and telecommunications
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ONS, OHCP, Group Policy and SQL Server
    • Good knowledge of security especially to cloud based infrastructure
    • Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
    • Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VM Ware and Citrix Xen App.
    • Experience working with NetApp, SAN and NAS storages.
    • Broad knowledge of technical, developmental, application, business and current trends in I.T.
