    Head, Sales & Marketing

    The Advert Place Network Ltd is a duly registered company based in Ikeja, Lagos. We own and manage the flyer display stand at Maryland Mall and MM2 Domestic airport where we promote our customers' products & services by distributing & engaging their flyers to quality people every day.

    We go further than just mere distribution but also explain and market the products and services of our customers who have subscribed for our service. We also display their adverts on 2 LED screens which play all day every day for brand awareness. Our job is to get real customers for our clients

    We need a result-oriented Head of Sales/Marketer with confidence and leadership qualities to manage all the sales executives and also drive sales personally.

    DUTIES OF HEAD OF SALES

    • To recruit, train and assign sales reps to our locations
    • To Supervise both our locations and manage the sales reps.
    • To monitor and evaluate the performance of each sales reps
    • To ensure any sales rep who is absent on duty or from work be queried and penalized
    • To keep subscription records and ensure adequate flyers are updated
    • To maintain good customer relations and get feedback from subscribed clients
    • To enroll new sales reps on the biometric register and monitor compliance
    • To submit a weekly report of attendance and performance
    • To conduct weekly Monday morning meetings with all sales reps
    • To ensure a waiting list in the event that a sales rep resigns without notice
    • To drive personal sales while shuttling between the 2 locations.
    • To fill in for any sales rep at any location
    • To compute the salary of sales reps and apply penalties & bonuses accordingly

    REMUNERATION

    • N60, 000 basic salary + 15% commission on personal sales
    • 5% commission on individual & aggregate sales of team members
    • Weekly transport allowances & bonus for a personal clean record

    Work Schedule.

    • Head Sales will work at both our locations, supervising and also marketing.
    • Friday is reserved for administrative work at the office.

    Target:

    The Head of sales will be given autonomy over recruitment, training, management, and selection of sales reps to work under her. The Head of sales will be responsible for the sales revenue and performance of herself and the entire sales team. 50% of salary will be attached to performance.

    Requirements:

    • Female ONLY
    • Age between 25 to 35years old
    • Must reside within Ikeja neighborhood & Environs.
