Head of Operations (Loan Services) at Fosad Consulting

Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a proactive and result oriented Head of Operations to join the team. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing existing clients and aggressively marketing products to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and supervise the execution of daily tasks
• Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company
• Continuous reviewing of the operational process and procedures to reduce operating cost.
• Implementation of robust automation to enhance and improve operational efficiency
• Manage all sales operations across the business
• Drive sales performance on all sales channels (branch, contact center, digital, and business development)
• Design and implement sales and organizational strategies
• Collaborate with credit risk, products, collections, marketing, and underwriting teams to ensure company goals are met

Qualifications / Requirements

• A degree in Statistics, Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields.
• ACA / ACCA would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity
• Assertive, strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to proactively forge and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity.
• Proven history of driving sales strategy

N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 annually
