    Head of Operations

    LAGOS: Ogun State (Ijebu)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The role requires one who can formulate and implement sound financial policies, strategies and systems for the Microfinance Bank.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing the organization’s core business (Branches)
    • Provide strategic direction in the management of microfinance operations.
    • Oversee the growth, expansion and decentralization of the bank’s portfolio.
    • Grow the client base, loan book, cash collateral & profits.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.
    • Keep abreast of new developments in microfinance operations and advice on relevant changes.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 10years experience in a Microfinance Institution Bank or Development Institution, of which should be in managerial capacity.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce or Business Administration.
    • Must be ICAN certified.

    Sales Executive

     Job Description 

    • Responsible for Sales of all products and services of the company.
    • Set all product offerings demonstrating professional sales ability, knowledge and skill across all
    • product lines.
    • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls,
    • presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities within his territory.
    • Review and adapt to information regarding products innovations, competitors and market
    • conditions
    • Reconciliation of sales figures.
    • Undertake after-sales follow up calls
    • Handle customer complaints and monitor level of satisfaction
    • Submission of invoice to customers after sales.
    • Advise customer on technical issues concerning the products.

     Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or any other Social Sciences or Equivalent.
    • 5 years in Sales and Marketing of plastics/polymer

    Assistant Manager, Business Finance

    Job Responsibilities

    • This position will provide financial analysis necessary to underpin and determine key corporate decisions.
    • The employee must be highly proficient in business modelling and forecasting, and business planning in terms on Inventory replenishment, Client Claims and debtors management.
    • Experienced in developing information memorandum and analysing financial data to come up with recommended strategies and structures, including areas such as business reporting, optimising management and use of company resources as well as targeting clients and business lines.

    Educational Qualifications

    • Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a directly relatable subject matter, i.e. Finance, Accounting, Economics

    Specific Skills:

    • Extensive experience with analysing high volume organization in distribution business of goods & products
    • At least 7 years of financial management responsibilities including day-to-day operation activity
    • Proven strategic financial analysis skills including proficiency in excel, writing business plans from scratch without any assistance, financial modelling, proposals, and presentations to differing audiences

    3-D Visual Artist

    Responsibilities

    • Taking the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
    • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
    • Creation of 3D Architectural Modelling & Rendering
    • Rendering excellent imagery of products, for internal and external use.
    • Researching and developing pipeline solutions and techniques. Interfacing with design, engineering, web, interior, architects to provide visualization solutions.
    • Working with VR/ AR equipment and software and Creation of Motion Graphics
    • 3D modeling and Sculpting using Maya or Blender or ZBrush equivalent 3D software
    • Create 3D models of the sketches in the computer and modify the design if/when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in any field with at least 2 - 4 years in 3D design or a similar role
    • Must have relative experience working on real estate concepts, with a strong portfolio to prove it
    • Proficiency with PBR workflows using texturing software such as Substance Designer and optimizing art for low poly count for mobile apps, VR, or WebXR
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating acumen in 3D and real-time concepts (high and low-poly models across various settings)
    • Strong aesthetic sensibility: use of color and light, ability to imagine 3D worlds and create them
    • Ability to use unreal engine , 3D max software and Experience in Animation, Hologram, CGIs and AR.
