Head of Technology & Innovation (HOTI)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Company strategy for technology innovations in alignment with the business objectives for partnerships and external relationships
• Identify and implement technology solutions to meet customer’s current and future needs 
• Work on/adopt new technologies to increase the company’s competitive advantage
• Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to define and deliver new products, upgrades and enhancements
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
• Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations of the department
• Create and manage projects for development and deployment of technology services
• Create companywide technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
• Consolidate our IT technology platforms for efficiency 
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the telecommunications technology landscape
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

Requirements:

• Previous working experience as a HOTI (Head of Technology & Innovation) for (7) years.
• Master in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.
• Hands on experience with complex project management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Attention to details.
