    Head of Commercial Operations


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth in line with our company’s objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, expansion and business development.
    • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
    • Acquire new customers and manage client relationships.
    • Oversee and coordinate Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
    • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports.
    • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or Client Service Manager in the Telecommunication industry.
    • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
    • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial budgeting processes
    • High level commercial awareness.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
    • MBA/MS is an added advantage.
