    Head - Digital Marketing & Sales

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire for the position of Head Digital Marketing & Sales, who will research, develop and implement marketing opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Drive the bank’s product initiatives.
    • Assist in the development and execution of tactical digital media marketing plans and budget.
    • Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis.
    • Manage social media profiles ensuring the brand, all products, events and initiatives leverage digital platforms to increase online brand awareness and trial.
    • Merge data driven market understanding with customer feedback to prioritize go to market strategies.
    • Provide support with online requests for editing existing or creating new platforms, on the website and social media platforms.
    • Support sales and market through sales tools and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products.
    • Make product knowledge readily available to all stakeholders through various resources.
    • Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
    • Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
    • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).
    • Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.
    • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
    • Assist with developing strategies to drive online traffic on all social media presence.
    • Assist with developing engagement strategy to relate with online influencers and key opinion drivers, to drive brand affinity.
    • Assist with developing and managing digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of media including social media, website, paid search etc.
    • Assist with providing strategic support to internal digital communication initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Minimum educational level - Bachelor's Degree in social science or humanities or HND. A masters’ degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum requisite experience - at least 10 years work experience in the area of Business Development, Marketing & Sales in a bank including at least 5 years at management level.
