Responsibilities
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained in all locations
Managing all company’s properties and ensuring that items purchased for maintenance are cost-effectiveness
Have basic knowledge of the cost of items in the market
Ensuring that facilities meet environmental, health and security standards
Overseeing building projects and renovations
Helping the company to relocate to new offices or apartment
Drafting reports and making written recommendations
Managing all vendors when the company is setting up new apartments
Manage all housekeepers and follow up with them to make sure their task for the day is achieved and complaints are resolved
Take inventory of all the apartments and make sure that all the items are complete and placed at the right position at all times
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
Identify and report the need for major repairs
