    Guest Service Executive

    Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome. 
    • Administering Cube check-ins and check-outs. 
    • Providing front desk services to guests. 
    • Assigning available Cube rooms and taking care of basic administrative duties (reconfirming stock of popcorn packs and soft drinks strictly for use in the Cubes). 
    • Organizing cleaning and HSE turn around per booking 
    • Being a source of information to guests on various matters including available movies and service offerings. 
    • Processing meal and beverage requests. 
    • Accommodating general and unique requests. 
    • Recording & reporting feedback for improved services 
    • Selling the offerings and benefits of the Filmhouse+ app to guests or prospective members 
    • Registering new members for the Filmhouse App. and helping already registered members redeem tickets and concession items purchased from the app.  
    • Handling, recording and monitoring lost and found items. 
    • Marketing in-house prospects to patronize the Cube. 
    • Assist with other duties as assigned by line manager
