Objective / Purpose of Job

• The Raw and Pack Inbound Warehouse Officer is responsible for all Raw and Pack Materials coming into the factory; this includes receiving deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting Raw and Pack Materials transactions.

Reporting Relationships

• Internally Relates with Production Team, Quality Team, Procurement Team, Internal Auditors
• Externally Relates with Government Officials (Customs), External Auditors

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Ensure that all Raw and Pack Materials are received in good condition
• Ensure that all Raw and Pack Materials in stock are well organised and correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.)
• Immediately after receipt of goods, update stock cards and/or create stock cards for all Raw and Pack Materials on company ERP
• Perform physical stock counts in accordance with the frequency previously defined by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• Preparation of stock report.
• Comply with all HSE policies and standards.
• Maintain and adhere to company's warehouse management procedures to ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
• Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

• First Degree in a relevant field.
• Must have at least 2-3 years' experience as a Warehouse Officer.
• Possess a working knowledge of Warehouse Management.
• Experience working with an ERP.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Objective / Purpose of Job

• To aid managerial planning and decision making tasks by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related accounts administration.

Reporting Relationships

• Internally Relates with All department
• Externally Relates with    Customers and Vendors

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Ensure all Financial transactions are captured on Navision / SAP.
• General Ledger reconciliation.
• Account for all CAPEX related items, monitor the requisition up till capitalization stage in GL.
• Interact with internal control unit, internal audit department, tax manager, external auditors and other consultants as regards the accounting records of the company.
• Approval of purchase requisition(PR) in Navision/SAP/
• Ensure monthly balance sheet reconciliation for submission to internal control for review.
• Ensure that all suppliers invoices are fully booked before processing any voucher for payment.
• Coordinate daily finance and cashflow management.
• Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Finance / Accounting.
• 5-7 years experience in similar role.
• Relevant Professional qualification (ICAN / ACA / ACCA) is required.
• Good Knowledge of IFRS, Payables and statutory deductions
• Good data gathering, analysis, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills(including written,oral and presentation skills).
• Attention to details.
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, Excel & powerpoint).
• Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
