    Key Account Manager (FMCG / Lagos )

    The Key Account Manager will be apt in building and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

    • Responsible for providing strategic direction for our major client account, adding value and driving commercial development opportunities
    • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Set and achieve Plans/targets/KPIs to generate the best results in Sales, Visibility & Merchandising.
    • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
    • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
    • Formulating customer-specific sales plans/strategies in line with accountable budgets, costing, packaging, and retail prices
    • Responsible for following up quotations given to the Key Account
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Acquisition of new business within assigned region
    • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
    • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
    • Working with the sales team, logistics managers, and team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
    • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
    • Support client planning process, when required and attend client briefings
    • Proactively update customer contact database with all existing and new contacts

    Requirements 

    • Minimum B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field
    • 5-7years experience as a key account manager in the FMCG
    • Strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the FMCG industry
    • Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions.
    • Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability follow through on client contracts
    • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
    • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
    • Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver.
    • Driven, ambitious, very sociable, and enjoy networking and leveraging the client to build lots of relationships

    Field Sales Manager (Distribution Company / Lagos )

    The Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving territory revenue growth and profit margins. The key primary responsibility for this role will be to execute a customer growth strategy. The person in charge will also build and manage a Growth team and lead all customer-facing functions including but not limited to, acquisition, engagement/ retention, and growth

    • Execute a robust, agile and effective Route to Market strategy, to reach and serve all customers within your  territory
    • Drive the execution and enhancement of Customer Experience
    • Execute  growth plan, growth programs, and optimize our revenue funnel
    • Acquire new customers within the designated territory and ensuring retention of existing customers
    • Ensure customer order and replenishment cycles are clearly defined, maintained, and adhered to
    • Increase the App adoption and within the covered customers
    • Increase and maintain product weight, range, and availability in all stores within the coverage
    • Supervise, Coach, Train, and Motivate the Customer Growth and Retention teams for Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team
    • Gather and provide competitive information by regularly tracking competitor activities within the industry
    • Using market insights to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency
    • Scout and develop new business leads across the client, channel, or partner spectrum.
    • Set, track, and achieve/exceed sales, adoption, and engagement targets, aligned with company objectives, over 3-monthly periods.
    • Capture client feedback and transfer/explain it to the product team.
    • Suggest actions to improve sales and engagement performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales, adoption, and engagement metrics.

    Requirements 

    • Minimum B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field
    • 5 - 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, customer service, or related field with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry, and as such, experience with e-commerce would be highly desirable
    • Ability to lead diverse teams, and provide data-based reporting and quantitative intuition for interpreting user experience data
    • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
    • Have a customer-centric mindset
    • Agile and result-driven
