    Manager - Service Performance

    • Perform IT Service Performance and Capacity planning and analysis for medium to highly complex assignments
    • Develop, maintain and implement an operational roadmap Plan for End-to End service Monitoring and Observability for On-premise and cloud based systems
    • Develop, review and standardize from service-view all recovery process and procedural standards to SPOF, Reliability, Availability, Capacity and End-to-end service performance of IT Services
    • Support the implementation of a Business Impact Analysis and Business KPI reviews
    • Ensure Update service catalogue and CMDB Records is maintain for enterprise
    • Actively participate in Incident & Problem management of major incidents 
    • Champion the Integration of SRE function as framework to improve service reliability and improve MTTR for mission critical IT systems
    • Champion and drive initiative for Culture. Process for Continuous Improvement within IT enterprise 
    • Track and monitor the implementation of changes that may be used for monitoring and reporting service availability and performance 
    • Develop, track and report all operations issues that will impact IT services availability and Performance 
    • Develop and maintain 360 Capacity management plan for all IT Service to ensure 99.99% availability 
    • Develop and update IT Service Performance documents for all mission critical processes 
    • Lead and direct high availability performance testing for all mission critical processes 
    • Support in the tracking of all IT-related risk and update risk register accordingly 
    • Develop and update all IT Service performance PPPs
    • Champion initiative for development of predictive service dashboard that monitor Realtime business performance and CEX issues
    • Support initiative for implementation of self heading for improving MTTR and reduce major incident in production environment 
    • Own IT Service Performance and Capacity Planning target, measurement and improvement plan 
    • Drive value add process for ServiceNow Implementation
    • Provide ongoing feedback for risk management, mitigation, and prevention
    • Represent IT Service performance requirements in the annual budgeting process
    • Regularly report IT Service performance to upper management
    • Act as liaison for IT Service Performance processes
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in IT Service Performance and Capacity Management 

    Education:

    • First degree or HND in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, related field.
    • Fluent in English 

    Experience:

    • 6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in IT Service Performance and Capacity Management with experience in supervising highly performing teams
    • Possess appropriate certification such as ITIL v3 or V4, SRE, DevOps, COBIT, Azure cloud architect, ITAM, Certified Agile Project Manager or, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
    • In-depth knowledge of business process modelling, IT Capacity Management, SRE, DevOps, ServiceNow
    • Proficient in Open source and enterprise monitoring tools like : AppDynamics, Datadog, Dyntrace, BMC Trusight, statestack, Grafana,Kubana.,Elastic search etc.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding performing risk analyses, business impact analyses and strong data Analysis 
    • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and reporting IT service availability and Performance  
    • A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies in AIOPS and Full stack observability 
    • Experience and understanding of Windows, Unix, Virtual Machines, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, SAN, SDN, Network , Kubernetes  Database.

    Accountant - Financial Operations

    • Perform analytical review of monthly income statement.
    • Identify, follow up and escalate issues from statutory audits.
    • Identify and escalate needs and requirements from the ERP system.
    • Prepare, update and provide links to trend analysis for actual data (IS).
    • Review accounts, including Operating Expenses and Asset/Liability accounts for completeness and accuracy, raising manual journals to correct any error discovered.
    • Prepare financial statements for statutory purposes and internal reporting (MIS).

    Analyst - Revenue Assurance Postpaid Credit and Debtors

    Mission

    • To identify risks to revenue, design, implement and continuously monitor controls to mitigate revenue loss from the identified risks across Postpaid Voice, SMS & Subscriber services.

    Description

    • Review postpaid credit documents, profiles and approvals vulnerabilities that could lead to revenue leakage.
    • Participate actively in cross-functional credit rating and profiling review sessions.
    • Actively monitor customer credit behavior post credit approval and implementation.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are designed to return value to both customers and shareholders.
    • Periodically review approved credits against credit limit on system for compliance.
    • Reconcile customer bills against payments.
    • Quantify, report and document root cause analysis for any inconsistencies identified and suggest fixes.
    • Evaluate revenue risk associated with any proposed changes to product and systems that will affect customer credit rating or limit.
    • Monitor and report compliance to credit policy for enterprise/postpaid customers.
    • Design, develop and implement adequate controls on Business Assurance system for automated risk monitoring and fault detection.
    • Review and evaluate debt collection, debt aging and bad debt processes and controls for postpaid customers.
    • Act as business advisor to management based on analysis of enterprise/postpaid credits and repayment data.
    • Perform any other revenue assurance related function as may be assigned by Manager Business Assurance Operations – Enterprise/Postpaid Services.
    • Develop and enhance analytics competence and use of analytic tools for efficiency.

    Education:

    • First  degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related numerate discipline
    • Certification in SQL, ORACLE, JAVA or Other Query Languages desirable
    • Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and/or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) is added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3 – 7 years’ experience which includes:
    • Business Assurance, Business Intelligence, IT, System Audit and/or Data Analysis
    • Proficiency in the use of big data analytics tools
    • Understanding of Business process modeling and re-engineering
    • Knowledge of financial and/or operational auditing methodologies and tools

    Analyst - Revenue Assurance Interconnect

    Mission

    • To proactively identify risks to revenue, design, implement and continuously monitor controls to mitigate revenue loss from the identified risks in product design and implementation as well as changes that impacts product behavior with potential revenue risk.

    Description

    • Review Product Concept Document (PCD) for possible vulnerabilities that could lead to revenue leakage.
    • Ensure that all necessary parameters and procedure for accurate accounting and reporting of revenue are captured as part of the product design. 
    • Participate actively in cross-functional product and technical review sessions.
    • Participate actively in product pre and post launch testing to ensure rating configuration is as per design.
    • Periodically review approved rate document against rate set up on the system for compliance.
    • Conduct periodical product test to ensure continuous integrity of rating and billing.
    • Conduct periodical re-rating of CDRs to ensure rating accuracy of customer CDRs.
    • Periodically review subscriber provisioning details on Network against Charging/Billing for provisioning integrity and completeness.

    Supervisor - Maintenance National

    Mission

    • To coordinate, supervise and monitor all activities relating to daily maintenance and operations (excluding power) of all non- technical facilities across MTN Nigeria. 
    • To provide and maintain a conducive, physical environment for all to perform their duties effectively and efficiently in MTN Nigeria.

    Description

    • Ensure preventive maintenance are carried out on technical and non-technical buildings across MTNN Regions including; water supply/treatment, sewage evacuation, roofing, building exterior,  furniture/fixtures/appliances, lifts, fire protection systems, for adequacy.
    • Ensure availability of utilities and prompt settlement of related bills; as well as manage approved and assigned budget for projects and effective utilization.
    • Assure required specifications, scope and set objectives for the installation, and acceptance of building systems e.g. fire detection, suppression and fighting systems are met; as well as timely and concise functional and operations reports are prepared.
    • Oversee deployment of required building infrastructure and systems resources during office expansion projects as well as provide maintenance support to expatriate residences when required.
    • Provide regular independent performance reports to Management on contract/partner performances and progress.
    • Guide service providers to focus on keeping with KPI and delivering as agreed.
    • Monitor Contractual KPI, keep track of the values against targets and conduct regular audit of contractual term and compliance.
    • Conduct partner performance assessment, routine performance reviews and governance.
    • Evaluate partner and service provider performance reports for accuracy and consistency.
    • Ensure regular performance reports, as agreed, are received from service provider.
    • Highlight and follow up with service provider on critical areas of improvement.
    • Review customer issues in respect of buildings and infrastructure and resolve related problems accordingly in line with SLA.

    Education:

    • A first degree in an Engineering or any numerate discipline 
    • A post graduate qualification in Engineering or any numerate discipline would be an added advantage

    Experience:

    • 3 – 7 years’ experience which includes: 
    • Minimum 4 years' work experience in building and infrastructure maintenance
    • Experience in a supervisory capacity in any of the following: engineering design, maintenance management, project management in a technical environment
    • Facility management and or building systems experience will be an added advantage
