    Corporate Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, developing a robust Corporate funnel, making pitches, closing large volumes, maximizing sales and revenue opportunities for Lumos.
    • The role holder will be responsible and accountable for Corporate sales (E2E).
    • Key relationships and influence include Marketing, DMD Commercial, Supply Chain Leads, Executive Management (CEO’s office), CSS- Telesale.

    Job Summary

    • Identify, develop, and manage engagement with big organisations.
    • Identify executives of registered and recognised Co-operative organisations, scheduling appointments, handling sales pitch and closing large volumes.
    • Develop and implement Corporate marketing plans to align with overall business goals.
    • Manage relationship with top level executives across recognised organisation.
    • Attend annual general meetings, Business conferences, trade exhibition of big organisation
    • Explore cross selling opportunities within the organisation (corporate sales and secondary partnerships).
    • Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies in order to achieve KPIs

    Job Responsibilities

    • Delivering sales pitches and presentations to large organizations and Cooperatives to make a purchase.
    • Scheduling meetings for big ticket transactions with corporate customers to discuss how Lumos can effectively meet the needs of the customer.
    • Identify Government projects, associations, requiring Lumos Solution and presenting to management upon analyzing impact and profitability to the business.
    • Carry out surveys and research to unveil information that can lead to greater sales, such as market trends, viable leads, and avenues for new sales opportunities.
    • Attend conferences, events and trade shows to expand Lumos network and increase market share.

    Skills & Knowledge
    Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or related field. However, hand’s on experience managing B2B transactions is more relevant.
    • Personal network, forecasting and Demand planning skills will be an added advantage

    Relevant Experience:

    • 5-7 years hands- on experience B2B Sales.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with Big organisation.
    • Strong personal network within the industry.
    • Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales.
    • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.

    Other Requirements (Behavioral etc.):

    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Commercial acumen and proficient in sales planning and execution
    • Self starter, driven and performance-oriented
    • Ability to unpack ambiguity and envision the end in mind and picture of success for Corporate sales.

    Field Service Coordinator

    Description

    • Manage installation, field service and churn process, according to company policy and procedures
    • Supervise the performance of the Regional Technical Officers and ensure that they are providing agreed SLAs
    • Optimize service delivery to guarantee customer satisfaction
    • Provision of planning support to all support staff
    • Provide field reports on Solar Power System (SPS) activities in assigned territory to Line Managers
    • Ensure proper record keeping of replacement & faulty systems in client location
    • Effective use of the CRM to document all customer interactions
    • Provide data driven solutions, trend analysis and recommendations weekly for continuous improvement
    • Provide periodical (daily/weekly) progress reports on team activities.
    • Performance appraisal of all reporting lines
    • Adhere to all laid down Service and Policy guidelines
    • Cross functional involvements with different teams for periodic exercises e.g. Stock counts & Installation
    • Ensure stock assigned to team is properly utilized and cared for to avoid loss or damages
    • Other adhoc duties as the need arises.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

    • HND / BSc Engineering / Sciences
    • Minimum of 3 year working experience in a co-ordination/planning capacity
    • Minimum of 3 year working experience with Solar Energy Systems with Telecoms an added advantage
    • Customer service or process management experience (not less than 3 years)
    • Understanding of the principles of CRM and Customer Management
    • Understanding of the principles of Business Intelligence and Reporting
    • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.

    Relevant Experience:

    • Understand Solar Systems and Product Development principles
    • Proven record of achieving business success
    • Good oral and written communication skills; Report writing, Presentation
    • Experience in Delighting Customers / Clients.

    Other requirements (Behavioural etc.):

    • Result and service orientation
    • Ability to travel during work when required
    • People Management; good with people – calm mien, good at building relationships
    • Analytical minded
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Conflict management and team building skills
    • Attention to detail
    • High quotient of integrity.
