    FP & A Manager

    Key Outputs and Responsibilities

    • Translating data into business insights to step change the financial objectives, investment plans, and resource allocation

    Qualification And Education

    Control Specialist

    The Key Purpose

    • This role is to perform activities related to journal processing, reconciliations, process improvement, management of SAP open items and general accounting administration

    Key Outputs and Responsibilities

    • Preparation of monthly and annual General Accounting activities.
    • Present and implement corrective action and preventive action for recurring process related issues. Perform Root Cause analysis for recurring or high severity issues resulting in issue reduction.  Identify automation opportunities to improve the way we operate and work closely with technology to leverage system functionalities to improve the process.
    • Preparation of journals, ensuring that journals are accurately and timeously uploaded and processed in SAP.
    • Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
    • Administer and timeously clear all open items in SAP to ensure a healthy ageing status.
    • Manage GL Chart of Accounts
    • Adherence to General Ledger closure deadlines in accordance to management requirements.
    • Assist the team to meet weekly and monthly targets and all relevant SLA’s and KPI's.
    • Maintenance of role training documentation. Assisting in knowledge transfer to new employees within the role.
    • Adhere to internal control protocols and provide information as required to internal and external audit.
    • Share information as it relates to business requirements.
    • Help the team and Team Lead in identifying process improvements, excellence and process efficiency opportunities.
    • Present to the Team Lead key challenges, insights and workarounds.
    • Trouble shoot issues and share improvement ideas with Team Lead.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Accounting background and experience
    • 3 - 5 years prior related position experience required.
    • Computer skills (MS Office, Financial systems. MxP).
    • SAP experience.

    Head of Control

    • Consolidation and reporting of Nigeria’s financial performance. Reviewing and raising queries on monthly performance

    • Tax experience not required, but ability to manage Tax manager.

    Qualification And Education

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related discipline
    • Professional qualifications e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA is required
    • Minimum of 8 years Accounting & Financial Reporting experience in a reputable organization is required.
    • Key understanding and practical application of IFRS
    • Understanding of Nigeria tax laws and climate.

    Packaging Process Operator

    Key Outputs and Responsibilities

    • Complete associated tracking and monitoring: Complete operator workstation administration and act as required.
    • Complete Team room administration as required
    • Contribute to self-development
    • Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends
    • Use QFR's (As per triggers)
    • Complete 5 WHY's (As per triggers) with relevant team members
    • Contribute towards AB reports as required
    • Ensure process quality and productivity
    • Carrying out autonomous operations as defined for the process areas. 
    • Identify defective plant, and report these through to the Process Artisan or Team Leader to assist with resolution.
    • Assisting the Process Artisan/Machine specialist in executing running repairs on shift.
    • Carrying out the required quality checks and analyses and recording the results on the appropriate information system.
    • The list of quality checks to be executed is contained in the work instructions.
    • react to the results using the VPO tools supplied
    • Actively participate in shift meetings, asking questions to test understanding and contributing suggestions. Making use of the action logs to record issues, problems and improvement opportunities.
    • Fully understand the team Dream and contribute in achieving it. 
    • Make use of relevant communication media (e.g. shift logbook) to stay informed and inform others of issues.
    • Complete required hand over to incoming shift team members, ensuring the issues relating to plant performance, quality and maintenance are communicated

    Expected Standards:

    • Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment 
    • Interpret and implement production plan for shift
    • Operate manual and automatic machines on the line as per standards
    • Monitor production processes on shift and correct any negative trends
    • Ensure process quality and productivity

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 1 year on the job training, SKAP completed.
