    Systems Auditor

    Job Objective

    • Responsible for managing IT operational processes, and monitoring and controlling access to information assets. Additionally, perform a detailed evaluation of information systems and track technology compliance with various international standards.

    Job Description

    • Monitoring and Assessment of Products, Applications, Processes and Databases
    • Identifying weaknesses within the organization's information systems, processes, and infrastructure and ensuring the implementation of measures to minimize such risks.
    • Devising, innovating, and implementing controls to minimize/mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and threats identified for the realization of business objectives.
    • Ensure control effectiveness and adequacy for the day-to-day running of business systems, processes and application controls.
    • Ensure segregation of duties in all business systems and IT infrastructure by enforcing maker-checker controls for greater accountability
    • Generate and distribute management-level reports on activities within the organization’s infrastructure.
    • Ensure that changes within the organization are controlled to meet the business requirements of the organization
    • Carry out incidence response analysis on varying incidences within the organization
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the line manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any other related field of study
    • A good understanding of international standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI DSS
    • At least 4 - 5 years experience working with information technologies, risk and control assessment, and other related roles
    • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP will be an added advantage.
    • Risk Assessment, Analytical Skills, IT Security and Infrastructure Knowledge, Technology Auditing Skills, Communication Skills, Security Testing, SQL Skills
    • Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles and ability to perform control reviews
    • Ability to evaluate and review a range of cloud and on-prem infrastructure across multiple service and hardware providers.
    • Ability to perform control reviews on a wide range of applications, system development operations, and security procedures according to international standards.
    • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify their potential impact within the existing environment

    Customer Experience Analyst

    Job Summary

    • Support the effective & efficient management of customers by providing first-level support and ensuring adequate resolution of customer issues received from across channels. The role will also support customer onboarding and customer retention initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate must have relevant work experience, a great work ethic, and must enjoy interacting with customers and solving their issues.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external customer queries and complaints received via channels such as email, social media, chat, phone calls, etc.
    • Ensure all queries and complaints from existing and new customers are effectively and adequately resolved within set SLAs (service level agreements)
    • Provide relevant and appropriate answers to questions and inquiries from customers about the company's products and services

    Job Overview

    • The Executive Director is tasked with overseeing business growth which includes developing commercial and technical strategies, operationalizing such for effective operation and growth.     Administration support:

    Budget: 

    • Participates in financial planning and allocation of resources of the company for maximum performance.

    Risk management:

    • Undertakes periodic appraisals of external and internal market threats and takes effective measures to counter them.

    KPI:

    • Develop appropriate KPI’s to measure and predict performance of the Division’s staff, and continually drive innovation in all facets of your Division (strategy, and business development and operations).

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    • Basic Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
    • 10years work experience (5years in Managerial position)
    • Masters’ in Business Administration/Project Management is an added advantage.
