    Account Clerk

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for an Account Clerk to manage all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage transactions using cash registers
    • Collect payments whether in cash or credit
    • Issue receipts
    • Resolve all complaints resulting from financial transactions, guide them and provide relevant information
    • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
    • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of OND or HND in Accounting or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience as Cashier
    • Excellent usage of the Microsoft office suites. especially Excel
    • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
    • Good math skills
    • Strong communication and time management skills.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for a good Secretary who provides adequate and effective administrative support

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative support
    • Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments.
    • Prepares agendas and minutes for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
    • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
    • Welcomes and directs visitors.
    • Answers and transfers phone calls.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and professional support.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in various projects to be under taken.
    • Manage the schedules, calendar and all appointments and carry out any other assignment as directed.
    • Liaising with the relevant parties to ensure successful implementation of approved events and programs
    • Make travel arrangement including flights booking, accommodation and ground transportation.
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
