    Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support our finance team with insightful analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting.
    • The ideal candidate will help improve profitability, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze SKU-level profitability, pricing, and product performance
    • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
    • Conduct budget vs. actual analysis across departments and cost centers
    • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
    • Support costing analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams
    • Ensure data integrity across ERP and BI reporting systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting
    • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all sales operations and distributor management across the Northern region.
    • The ideal candidate will drive volume growth, expand market share, manage sales teams, and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and wholesalers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 7 - 10 years experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
    • Strong experience in managing general trade and distributor-driven sales operations in Northern Nigeria.
    • Proven track record of delivering volume growth and market share targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) is an advantage.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
