    Finance Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assisting in the preparation of budgets.
    • Managing records and receipts.
    • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
    • Assist the department by part-taking in the preparation of monthly management account.
    • Client’s payment confirmation and processing of invoices
    • Manage account payables and receivables
    • Maintain a fixed asset register.
    • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
    • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
    • Great analytical skills
    • Eye for detail
