Facility Staff (AD-HOC) at Trans-Nationwide Express Plc

Duties/Responsibilities

Facility

• Assist in space utilization, coordination of office movement and refurbishing.
• Assist in Prompt identification of property/space rental for official use
• Ensure proper maintenance & dieseling of generators in the head office
• To ensure effective coordination of waste management efforts/or prompt waste evacuation as the need arises weekly.
• Ensure that scheduled and preventive maintenance is carried out on all facility assets (AC, Generators, furniture’s, etc.)

Administration

• Ensure the fumigation of offices and the surroundings of the admin block is carried out quarterly
• Carry out weekly inspection of Head office complex and effective supervision of the cleaning staff to ensure a clean environment.
• Ensure professional execution of jobs by contracted artisans such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers’, painters, etc and to be completed in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
• Handle the provision of general support services including communication, sanitation and upkeep of office / premises.
• Ensure that internal and external customers are able to live and work in a safe and secure environment.
• Coordinate attendance administration

Job Specifications/Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• IFMA certificate is an added advantage

Technical Skills and Competencies

• ·Good communication and reporting Skills
• Proficiency in Electrical, plumbing fitting and Bricklaying
• Be performance driven and goal oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Cool headed personality
