    Facility Management Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, coordinate and supervise the activities of contractors and ensure maintenance and repair on various facilities.
    • Carrying out daily equipment and facility checks.
    • Ensure all equipments and facilities are functioning properly.
    • Supervise periodic maintenance, servicing and inspection of sub-contractors or vendors handling air-conditioning, plumbing, carpentry, sewage systems, electrical, pumps etc
    • Respond to and resolve problems or complaints raised by facility/estate occupants in a systematic and professional manner with proper follow-up.
    • Coordinate daily facility management activities of the estate
    • Ensure contractors responsiveness to complaints and timely work completion.
    • Ensure safety of personnel and estate occupants when carrying out maintenance work.
    • Update and maintain usage records and contractors invoice details accordingly
    • Ensure that the surroundings/walkways/drainages of the estate are kept clean at all times.
    • Ensure that the gardens of the estate are well trimmed at all times by coordinating Gardeners and other support staff.
    • Schedule maintenance activities and organize repair works.
    • Develop and implement procedure for regular cleaning, repair and maintenance of building facilities.
    • Maintaining accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the building.
    • Professionally liaise with sub-contractors and occupants.

    Job Requirements:

    • Possess minimum of a University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management, Engineering or any other related courses.
    • Minimum of seven (5) years post-graduation experience in a reputable facility management/real estate company.
    • Computer literacy is highly required.
    • Good communication skill (Oral and written) is essential.
