Job Summary

• The Company seeks a tech oriented candidate who will be responsible for the management of residential facilities, including security, maintenance and other services geared towards enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with emergency issues that arise in the facility.
• Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
• Formulating plans for the future.
• Creating plans for replacements and repairs.
• Meeting potential occupants, showing them available properties and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
• Developing and managing vendor contracts.
• Manage the overall services provided within the facility.
• Use best business practices to manage and reduce operation costs.
• Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses.
• Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.
• Compare costs for various services and goods before choosing the best options.
• Keep the surroundings and environment properly cared for and landscaped.

Requirements

• BSC. in Estate management or any technical related course.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Good communication and Influencing Skills in Person and writing.
• Analytical and technical problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see implications from the big picture.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
