Expression of Interest at ICAP Nigeria

3. The Expression of Interest is open to both existing and potential vendors/service providers and shall be submitted in original copy via email to icap_procurement_ng@cumc.columbia.edu not later than 12noon 16th October 2020. Late Application will not be considered.

Based on the above information, ICAP shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers. Only short-listed Companies/Service Providers will be requested to submit technical and financial proposals in each category.

Interested Companies/Service Providers may obtain further information from ICAP by writing to the following address: icap_procurement_ng@cumc.columbia.edu with subject as ICAP 2020/2021 EOI Enquiries on or before 10th October 2020.

4. Evaluation Factors & Selection Criteria
Please read this section carefully and be sure that all requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information.
The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of proposal.
Proposals should be comprehensive and highlight how the bidding company intends to meet up with our requirements as stated above.
Applications shall be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria:

• Capacity

• Track Record and Experience

• Technical Expertise

• Financial Strength

• Company profile with registered address, functional email address and telephone number, point of contact for the entity. 

• Evidence of company registration (i.e. Certificate of incorporation, form CAC7 & CAC2).

• Evidence of tax payment for the last three years

• Evidence of past performance of similar projects including contracting entity (NGO,Government, etc.). Include a copy of the approved purchase order(s), contracts and evidence of completion that is, company’s signed delivery notes of similar job(s) done in the last 3 years. 

• Three professional references, including name, phone number and organization that can attest to satisfactory performance in previous provision of related services

5. Additional Information

All submissions shall be labeled with the Reference number, Type of services/goods provided and name of the Company/Service Provider. If a vendor is interested to participate in more than one category, they should submit separate sets of documents for each category of interest.

The Application must be submitted in the English language and in the format prescribed by ICAP. All required information must be provided, responding clearly and concisely to all the points set out. Any application which does not fully and comprehensively address this Invitation for Expression of Interest may be rejected.
The Application document should comprise of the following:
a. Cover Letter; Clearly indicating the REFERENCE NUMBER AND TYPE OF GOODS/SERVICES
b. A copy of this Request for Expression of Interest duly signed on all pages by the Company/Service Provider’s Authorized Representative; and
c. Duly Accomplished Annex with all requested information. Only eligible and qualified Companies based on above shall be invited to participate in the bidding/tender process. Applications may be modified or withdrawn in writing, prior to the closing time specified in this Invitation for EOI. Applications shall not be modified or withdrawn after the deadline.
The Company/Service Provider shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Application and ICAP will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
