Job Description

• Liasing with clients and other staff.
• Organize, make, keep and maintain appointment diaries and update Calendars.
• Issue reminders to supervisors on upcoming appoinments and deadlines.
• Arranging travels, visas and accommodations for supervisors.
• Deal with all documents including incoming mails and letters.
• Arrange and manage supervisors desk and filing cupboards.
• Screening phone calls,inquiries, enquiries and guests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Take notes or dictation at the meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
• Carrying out background research and presenting findings for supervisors.
• Act as a relief to the Receptionist in his/her absence.
• Entertain supervisors guest and make necessary arrangement for refreshments where need be.
