Job Description

• The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize item orders by editing for price and weight compliance.
• Arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirement, placing and expediting orders.
• Ship items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
• Verify items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE).
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
• Ability to communicate read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have good numeracyskills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
• Must live within the Mainland or Island.

Our client, a restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja is currently looking for a Public Relations Officer/Social Media Marketer who will be responsible for managing the image and reputation, as well as generates sales for the company. The ideal candidate will influence opinions and behaviour, both internally and externally, through various communication channels, including websites, social media, press coverage and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement publicity campaigns and social media strategies to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as a PRO/Social Media Marketer
• Hands on experience in content creation and management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills

Salary = N80,000 per month
