    Digital Marketer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our awesome communications team! As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

    • Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company’s success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We expect you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.
    • Our ideal candidate is a technology-savvy team player who is data-driven, energetic, process-driven, detailed, and accurate person who loves marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and social media management. He or she should be a creative problem solver, who can take the lead but can also collaborate with smaller teams and know how to juggle multiple priorities in marketing.

    Job Responsibilities

    The Lead, Digital marketing, will be involved in the following:

    Key Tasks:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Implement and execute strategic plans for leveraging the eCommerce marketplace to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, and marketing activities.

    Requirements and Technical Competencies

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    Entry Requirements

    • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

    Proficiency Requirements

    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Familiarity with web design
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
