    Digital Channel Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to recruit a Digital Channel Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving sales revenue by marketing the bank's Digital product such as internet banking, mobile App,/USSD services, POS terminals, etc.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Manage and optimize digital channels to improve customer engagement and adoption rates.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging digital channels.
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, -competitor's offerings, and emerging technologies.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
    •  Provide exceptional customer service and support.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales, marketing, or digital channels or related experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
    • Results-driven and target-oriented
    • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
    • Understanding of digital marketing channels.
    • Excellent customer service skills.

    Treasury Executive

    Job Description
    Responsibilities:

    • Selling the bank’s investment products /wholesale deposits to HNI’s and corporate clients
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote UNILAG Microfinance's deposit products and services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
    • Manage and analyse deposit data to ensure we are meeting our financial targets.
    • Prepare presentations and reports on market trends andpotential business opportunities.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.
    • 2 years of experience in Treasury / Deposit marketing or similar roles.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
    • Treasury management principles and knowledge of Banking ethicsand compliance,KYC & AML.
