    Customer Success Associate

    Job Description: 

    • Sign-up new customers 

    • Build and maintain customer relationships 

    • Hold product demonstrations for customers

    • Onboarding and training customers

    • Improve customer experience through product support 

    • Provide insights on client-to-business interactions

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

    • Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively

    • The ideal Customer Success Associate should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base
