    Customer Service Executive

    This role exists to manage new and existing customer enquiries, and provide timely feedback. The role is designed to provide outstanding customer service and support through both oral and written communications to new and existing customers via company approved communication channels.

    Ideal Candidate Requirements

    • OND, HND, BSc in Communication/PR, Marketing, or related discipline.
    • Knowledge of Branding, Graphic Design, Printing, and Promotional Products Industry.
    • Experience using social media tools, making professional phone calls, basic IT skills, & email etiquette.


    • Receive and provide resolutions to enquiries, feedback, complaints, RFQ, RFP, and FAQs.
    • Maintain new and existing customer relationships.
    • Provide preliminary estimates for customer service requests using product catalogues and pricing tools.
    • Channel requests for quotes not in catalogues and pricing tools to designated authority.
    • Assist in the preparation of quotes, orders, and customer requests.
    • Maintain communication between the internal team and external stakeholders by responding and following up promptly.
    • Use company CRM & work tools for managing all customer service activities.
    • Work with a diverse range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders such as sales representatives, production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.
    • Advise customers on the best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
    • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders about graphic communication, including but not limited to design principles, printing processes, paper options, and postal specifications.
    • Update database of FAQs.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Keeping track of the conversation
