    Country Partnership Manager (StudyReach - Nigeria)

    Role Purpose

    • We are experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world.
    • As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for an energetic, experienced, well-connected, and organized Country Partnership Manager to join our growing team.

    What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

    • Representing the StudyReach brand and mission 24/7 to our international recruitment partners
    • Onboard, train, and guide new recruitment partners to the StudyReach platform
    • Promote StudyReach in your local markets to prospective recruitment partners
    • Work closely with our recruitment partners and support them to submit high-quality student applications
    • Identify prospective ethical recruitment partners that could benefit from accessing the StudyReach platform for their students
    • Manage and foster deep relationships with our recruitment partners and support partner business performance
    • Engage and foster recruitment partners relations by keeping them abreast with the latest news about the StudyReach ecosystem and exciting student study opportunities.

    Skills and Attributes Required

    • 5+ years of international student recruitment experience in secondary and/or higher education institutions
    • An ethical and positive attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop your skills.
    • Ability to communicate English effectively
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
    • Experience with CRM systems is preferable
    • Strong computer skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and independently in an exciting team-playing environment
    • Service-minded attitude toward recruitment partners
    • Meticulous and attention to detail

    Junior Accounts Officer

    About the Role

    • AECC is experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world.
    • As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the organization.
    • This role will be working remotely and reporting to the Management Accountant based in Melbourne, Australia to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

    What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

    • Assist in managing and maintaining all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Prepare invoices and send them to clients, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and complete, and that they are sent out on time
    • Reconcile all financial accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records
    • Support in prepare and managing budgets for the organization, ensuring that all expenses are within the budget and that any variances are identified and addressed
    • Assist with preparing the financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete, and that they are submitted on time
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure that all payroll transactions are accurate and complete
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    Skills and Attributes Required

    • 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
    • Experience using accounting software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Junior Finance Administrator

    About the Role

    • AECC is experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world. As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for a dedicated and organized Finance Administrator to provide support to the Finance Team by performing a variety of administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping and processing.
    • This role will be working remotely and reporting into the Management Accountant based in Melbourne, Australia.

    What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

    • Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including coding and data entry.
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
    • Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and files.
    • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
    • Process employee expense reports.
    • Assist with payroll processing.
    • Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.

    Skills and Attributes Required

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Finance Administrator or similar
    • Practical experience with any accounting software
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
    • Knowledge of Excel and MS Access
    • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts, posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
