    Contact Centre Agent

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle customer enquiries via telephone
    • Ensure that calls are handled professionally and manage the length of calls.
    • Provide customers with needed information and support
    • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services of the organisation
    • Gather information from customers.
    • Adhere to call script and call centre policies.


    • Candidates with OND, ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage.
    • Candidates should possess 0-2 years work experience.
