    Communication & Marketing Manager

    • Overseeing activities of the marketing department.
    • Divide the Riby Business and Stakeholders into Crystal Units (Segments) for proper clarity and homogeneity in communication. Segments will include but not limited to Riby Core Business Stakeholders (Team, Investors, Board, Agents etc.), Products, Partners, Customers, Global & National Regulatory bodies, Donor Agencies and other segments to be captured.
    • Develop, Execute, Manage and Report on Multi-Year Marketing Plans to cover all Riby Stakeholder Segments.
    • Riby Business & Brand Projection (Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Plans).
    • Content Development and writing across our social media platform
    • Internal and Extended Team Communication
    • Partners Engagement & Marketing Plans.
    • Sales Promotion & General Business Advertising.
    • Customer Engagement & Marketing across all media types.
    • Total Dedication to the Business of Marketing, Promotion & Projecting the Riby brand and no other except as approved or advised by Riby.
    • Public representation of the Riby Brand as required around the world in her capacity as a Marketing & Brand Official at Riby
    • Any other Business and Marketing Task as assigned by the company
    • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
    • Ensure that brand programs are developed and implemented consistently with approved budget
