    Commercial Manager (New Business & Energy)

    Job Description: 

    • The Senior Manager/DGM Commercial for New Business & Energy will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the Zone. This will involve identifying and securing new business opportunities that create value for the organization. The ideal candidate for this role should be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, excellent contract negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development across various sectors. In addition, the Senior Manager/DGM will oversee commercial aspects of business setup, project development, and operations. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities for Zone that create recurring long-term cashflows. 
    • Feasibility Analysis: Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and develop go-to-market strategies for new business opportunities. 
    • Investor and Partner Identification: Identify & evaluate potential investors and partners for new business ventures to be setup within the zone. 
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential clients. 
    • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and investors. 
    • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals. 
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities. 
    • Financial Projections: Create detailed financial projections, including NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) calculations to evaluate proposed ventures
    • Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion
    • Risk Management: Identify and develop mitigation strategies for risks associated with new business ventures. 
    • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track, prepare, and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

    Qualification/Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. 
    • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in commercial project development, with at least five years in a management role.

    Electrical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, machinery, and motors.
    • Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment downtime and resolution times.
    • Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance trends.
    • Supervise and coach the electrical team to ensure optimal performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
    • Enter data into the ERP system for accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, prepare spare reorder levels, and track department performance.
    • Ensure efficient operation of both renewable and non-renewable power sources, including gas generators.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical field
    • Proven ability to manage electrical operations in a heavy industrial setting
    • Strong understanding of electrical equipment, machinery, and systems
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure

    Additional Requirements:

    • Experience in resolving operational bottlenecks and improving efficiency
    • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance programs
    • Strong financial management skills to operate within budget

    MRF Store Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire an experienced Store Manager. Preferred candidate should have experience within tile, cement or ceramics manufacturing companies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance of SOP for receipts and issues of spares
    • Ensure inventory management and planning and raise requisition as per SOP
    • Spares management and planning
    • Ensure spares cost is optimized
    • Ensure 5s and good housekeeping of stores
    • Ensure monthly physical verification of spares on cyclical basis
    • Ensure training and development to team
    • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting
    • Ensure necessary controls are put in place to avoid pilferage

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
    • Post graduate degree will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 10 years working experience within cement, glass, ceramics or tiles manufacturing industry
    • General Understanding of parts consumed within tile and ceramics industry
