    Client Service Representative

    We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Client Service Representative to support in the smooth-running of our school reception area, assist our school administrator with duties and act as the first point of contact for parents and external agencies.

    QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • Must have a Bachelors Degree in English or Business/related field from a reputable University.
    • Have at least 3 years experience in a Customer Service/Administrative role, working in an educational environment and as part of a busy school office team; being first point of contact for parents and delivering exceptional front office service will be an advantage
    • Must be confident in the use of Microsoft office package
    • Be highly organised, pro-active and self-motivated
    • Be able to work with minimal supervision and act on own initiative when required 
    • Be able to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills, with exemplary telephone skills and great customer relations, to be able to deal effectively with staff, pupils, parents, management and the outside agencies
    • Be professional and calm in the face of confrontation, friendly, approachable; with an upbeat attitude
    • Be diligent and consistently able to follow safeguarding procedures
    • Be able to deal with regular interruptions as well as work accurately under pressure with great attention to detail

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Maintaining a welcoming, empathetic, professional and friendly face to our parents, staff, visitors and pupils throughout the day 
    • Responding promptly to all enquiries and sign posting parents and visitors through the right information channels
    • Ensuring all callers to our school have positive experience through excellent school programme and policy knowledge
    • Carrying out school marketing to prospective parents through video marketing, testimonials, social media, face to face interactions etc; educating them on the quality and value results of our school
    • Preparation and circulation of the termly Newsletters to parents 
    • Maintaining accurate important school records
    • Providing administrative support to the teaching team, the school administrator and senior management
    • Facilitating communication appropriately within our school through our communication channels whilst ensuring information is properly transmitted
    • Processing forms, applications and requests.
    • Keeping records of client interactions, comments and complaints.
    • Coordinating activities and meetings calendars in line with the administrator’s directives and scheduling events such as parent-teacher conferences
    • MUST be resident in Ibadan and be able to easily commute to Jericho, Ibadan
