    Representative - Sales and Trade Development

    Reports To: Manager Sales & Trade Development

    Division: Sales and Distribution

    • Confirm  that  sub dealers and dealer branches are contacted and stock receipt / movement verified Provide Informal training in shops on products, services and promotions being run by marketing ,channel or region and on the spot training/coaching of all visited outlets in territory ( 100% of all visited outlets in call cycle)
    • Manage events and promos, generate sub-dealer specific promo specification and perform post-promo evaluation
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales activity report, market intelligence report and initial report to Field Service Engineers on state of network in territory
    • Monitor and report back on network quality and other sales impacting indices in territory covered
    • Ensure call cycle time of 8-10 visit a day per territory or as business requires
    • Identify, classify and support all players in channels of distribution and ensure  weekly / monthly database update
    • Ensure MTN product availability in channel is >95% at all times and provide weekly product availability report of all visited outlets during call cycles

    Officer - Process and Compliance.Finance

    Reports To: Manager Sales Analysis and Reporting

    Description

    • Analyze business impact and recommend action plan (including proposed corrective actions)
    • Report and communicate the observations, business impact and proposed action plan to Manager, Analysis & Reporting
    • Liaise with sourcing team to obtain additional information to ensure supplier is complying to MTN terms and conditions
    • Monitor corrective action plan agreed and report status
    • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) as per the defined QA procedures to ensure compliance to SLAs, policies and procedures related to Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Monitor corrective action plan agreed and report status
    • Identify potential sensitive issues and escalate it to the appropriate levels 
    • Ensure compliance to supplier code of ethics and whistle blower policies
    • Preparation of periodic reports on adherence to SCM related compliance
    • Check adherence to SCM related statutory, regulatory, legal compliances as per MTN checklist. This includes compliance to Safety Health and Environment (SHE) regulation, Imports, Foreign Exchange Control Documentations (FECDs), input and output taxes and managing landing costs.
    • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) to check adherence to supplier and customer contract/ agreement related terms and conditions
    • Interact with Group procurement, Centers of Excellence (COE) to obtain preliminary information relating to SCM related regulatory and statutory compliances
    • Work closely with process owners, control owners and others involved to plan, manage and ensure timely remediation of gaps resulting from work performed
    • Share QA report with relevant stakeholders in accordance with the information and timelines defined by the Company

    Education:

    • First  degree in Supply Chain Management/finance or any related discipline
    • International Organization for Standardization(ISO) qualified (preferred)
    • Fluent in English

    Analyst - Financial Operations Business Support

    Reports To: Manager Finance Operations (General Ledger)

    Division: Finance

    Description

    • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify specific trends, explain past performance and recommend opportunities for improvement, within the division
    • Provide supporting documents, records and schedules to meet audit and regulatory requirements; and all schedules /reports (including age analysis, assets movement, etc.).
    • Implement finance policies as well as guarantee compliance with established internal controls, MTN Processes, Policies and Procedure, IFRS, IAS and GAAP in processing all transactions.
    • Process and post all account payables and receivables; and all month end deliverables within the monthly reporting timelines.
    • Raise and post journal vouchers and other financial transactions in the ERP system, resolve all reconciling items promptly and maintain set departmental filing system.
    • Provide operational support for the division including maintaining the budget, Profit and Loss accounts, special programs and contract analysis.
    • Analyze the general Ledger transactions (Capex, Opex and Revenue) and all transactions posted into IFS to ensure proper classification and correction, as well as ageing of all Balance Sheet accounts.
    • Prepare trend analysis of Capex, Opex and revenue transactions, all General Ledger/Sub- ledger Accounts reconciliation, as well as weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Relate with other divisions and departments on revenue, expenditure and fixed assets related issues.
    • Interaction with marketing division on billing and information systems functions

    Education:

    • First Degree in any discipline, but a finance related degree is desirable.
    • Part qualification in any recognized professional accounting examinations (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc) will be an added advantage.

    Analyst - Fraud Detection and Prevention

    Reports To: Manager Fraud Prevention and Detection

    Division: Internal Audit and Forensic Services

    Description

    • Prioritize high fraud risk assessment and ensure correct methodology is followed in order to establish a good understanding of the fraud risks and root causes and use this information to provide meaningful reporting to management.
    • Conduct fraud risk assessments, fraud awareness sessions, risk deep dives and review procedures, in collaboration with third parties where applicable, in accordance with the annual Fraud Risk Management Framework and ad hoc reviews on high priority engagements to ensure that those engagements are duly and thoroughly performed in a timely manner.
    • Participate in planning fraud risk assessments.
    • Compile all relevant documentation detailing fraud risk assessments and findings, ensuring that the report adequately describes the root causes, impact, and possible risk mitigations.
    • Use statistical data and other means of analysis for fraud risk assessments to support line analysis activities, providing meaningful information that will assist in mitigating fraud risks and preventing fraud.
    • Monitor the status of recommendations made from the fraud risk assessments and fraud investigations report, and provide timely feedback to manager.
    • Monitor adherence to the defined proactive fraud risk management framework and make appropriate escalations if necessary.
    • Ensure fraud risk assessments are aligned to policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate identified fraud risk.
    • Provide suggestions to enhance proactive fraud management and investigations policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Assist in performing Quality Assurance assessments in relation to OPCO Forensic Services units and engagements performed.

    Senior Manager - Business Operations

    Description

    • Support the CEO in framing business problems; finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues.

    Education:

    Experience:

    • Minimum 9-17 years’ work experience which includes:
    • Management track record of 3 years or more 
    • Minimum 5 years experience working in a global/multinational management consultancy (understanding emerging markets)
    • Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred; ability with pivot tables, arrays, and nested-formulas strongly desired), Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
